ANSWER: It was used to hold down fishing nets.
2. Where it from?
ANSWER: Normandy in France.
3. Why do you think it was difficult for Stone Age people to drill holes in stones?
ANSWER: Because stone is hard! They would have to use either a harder stone such as flint or some sand underneath a wooden drill to grind a hole, but it would have took ages!
